Laity Sunday Celebration 24.06.2018

As you are aware, the feast of St. Thomas More, the heavenly patron of Lay faithful, falls on 22nd June 2018. This feast will be celbrated as the Laity Sunday in all the dioceses of Tamilnadu on 24th June 2018 is the theme chosen for this year. 

The Regional Commission has prepared the Liturgical text, Posters, and hand bills to be used for the Laity Sunday Celebration. Please find herewith enclosed a copy of one in each of them. Kindly publish a short information about the Laity Sunday Celebration int he June issue of the Diocesan News Letter. 

We earnestly request you to instruct the Diocesan Secretaries to take initiatives to celebrate the Laity Sunday in all the Prishes and Institutions in a creative and meaningful way. Soon the materials will be sent to them.
